Accessibility

Arkn LLC ("we," "our," "us") wants Motion AI to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains what we have built, what we know does not work well yet, and how to tell us when we get it wrong. We publish our known limitations rather than only our successes. If something here is inaccurate, we want to hear about it.

01Conformance status

Motion AI does not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We have not completed a formal accessibility audit, and no Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT®) has been produced for Motion AI. Based on our own internal review, we are aware of specific gaps against Level AA, and those are listed in Section 04 below.

We describe our status this way deliberately. Claiming conformance we have not verified would be worse than useless to someone deciding whether this app will work for them.

02Accessibility features

The following are implemented in the current version of Motion AI:

Text sizing

Reduced motion

Screen reader and voice control

Input alternatives

Presentation

03Evaluation methods

This statement is based on internal review of the application source code, programmatic calculation of colour contrast ratios against WCAG 2.1 thresholds, and automated checks using Xcode's Accessibility Inspector.

Testing with assistive technology has not yet been completed. We have not yet run a full VoiceOver, Voice Control, or Switch Control session against the app. This means the features described in Section 02 are implemented but not independently verified in use, and there may be problems we have not found. We will update this statement once that testing is done. No third-party or independent accessibility audit has been carried out.

04Known limitations

We are aware of the following. These are real limitations, not theoretical ones.

Colour contrast

Screen orientation

Text scaling

Verification

05Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Motion AI, please tell us. Include the screen or feature, what you were trying to do, your device and iOS version, and any assistive technology you were using.

Email: admin@arknapps.com

We aim to respond within 5 business days. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will tell you that honestly and, where possible, describe a workaround.

Accessibility feedback is prioritised. If you cannot complete a core task in Motion AI (logging an activity, viewing your progress, or managing your account), we treat that as a defect, not a feature request.

06Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. This statement will be updated as we complete assistive technology testing, address the limitations in Section 04, and change the app.
